Saudi Minister of Communications and Information Technology discusses with his counterparts prospects of partnership and cooperation to accelerate growth of digital economy, technology and innovation

Saudi Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Eng. Abdullah bin Amer Al-Swaha, has held over two days in the Indonesian city of Bali several working meetings with the ministers of digital economy, communications and science and high-level government officials in Indonesia, India, the People’s Republic of China, Japan and the United States of America after the conclusion of the G20 digital economy working group..
Eng. Al-Sawaha reviewed the successive achievements of the communications and information technology system in the Kingdom with the support of the wise leadership which qualified it to top many relevant international and global indicators, and made it provide great opportunities for investors in the technology and innovation sectors with a strong digital basis and structure. The meetings also discussed enhancing cooperation and partnership in the areas of digital economy growth, emerging technologies, digital government, technical talent development, innovation promotion, and space technologies.
