The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) participated in the Tech Talent Forum in the Hail region, in partnership with the Hail Chamber of Commerce and Aja Space for Information Technology, as part of its ongoing efforts to empower national talent and enhance their readiness to enter the technology job market, in line with the objectives of the digital economy and the intelligent era.

The Ministry’s participation included organizing specialized workshops that delivered an interactive experience focused on exploring promising technology career paths, building practical skills, and linking theoretical knowledge with real-world applications, contributing to participants’ professional development.

The forum featured workshops on business data analysis, artificial intelligence, and the post-graduation journey, in addition to specialized advisory sessions aimed at supporting informed career decision-making and raising awareness of the importance of professional certifications and in-demand skills in the technology labor market.

Forum activities targeted male and female students in technology-related fields, graduates, and individuals interested in the tech sector through a comprehensive program that included hands-on workshops, interactive booths, and guidance sessions. These activities helped enhance technical and professional readiness and expand networking opportunities between participants and industry experts.

This participation reflects MCIT’s continued role in building national technical human capital across all regions of the Kingdom, supporting initiatives that align educational outcomes with labor market needs, and preparing competitive national talent capable of excelling in technology and innovation fields.
