Oracle Collaborates with MCIT, National eLearning Center to Train 50,000 Saudis in AI

In collaboration with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) and the National eLearning Center (NELC), Oracle Corporation announced a program to equip 50,000 Saudis with the latest skills in artificial intelligence (AI) and digital technologies. The program aims to prepare trainees for the most in-demand technology-based jobs of the future.
The announcement was made during this year’s Human Capability Initiative (HCI) conference, organized by the Human Capability Development Program, part of Vision 2030, under the theme, "Beyond Readiness".
As part of their collaboration with Oracle, MCIT and NELC will collaborate to introduce the "Mostaqbali" (My Future) program to Saudi citizens, enhancing employment opportunities for national talents and supporting Saudi companies to accelerate their digital transformation efforts by utilizing local expertise.
MCIT acting Deputy Minister for Future Jobs and Capabilities Safa Alrashed stated that the program will be accessible to all Saudi citizens at various educational and professional stages, from students just entering the job market to experienced professionals, with a particular focus on women and those beginning their careers.
