MCIT Launches Seventh Cohort of ‘Tech Founders’ Program to Develop Digital Startup Founders’ Skills
The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT), represented by the Center of Digital Entrepreneurship (CODE), has launched the seventh cohort of the Tech Founders program, comprising 20 founders of digital startup companies. This initiative comes as part of MCIT’s ongoing efforts to empower entrepreneurs and develop their leadership, operational, and technical capabilities
The program aims to enhance participants’ skills in building and scaling technology companies through multiple international journeys. These include specialized training boot camps, hands-on workshops, and digital enablers, in addition to interactive meetings with international experts and investors, field visits, and participation in global conferences. These activities contribute to broadening participants’ perspectives and strengthening their companies’ readiness for growth and expansion
Tech Founders is part of The Multiverse initiatives, which aim to invest in national entrepreneurial talent and equip it with the tools and knowledge needed to build digital companies capable of competing locally and globally. This supports the growth of the digital economy and reinforces the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s position as a global hub for entrepreneurship and innovation
