Dr. Abdulhakeem Alyahya is the Deputy Minister for Legal Affairs and Committees at the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology since 2018. He is also Advisor to the Minister.

His field accomplishments qualified him to obtain the Prize for Change Leader in the government sector in Saudi Arabia within the 10th Business and Management Forum. Because of his academic excellence and long working experience, Dr. Alyahya maintains his membership in several national bodies, most notably the Board of Directors of the Supreme Commission for Hail Development, and Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property

He has a proven academic record as he obtained a Doctorate in Commercial Arbitration from the United States of America, and a Diploma in dispute settlement from the University of Massachusetts and a Master of Public Law from Chapman University, in addition to an Executive Education Certificate from Harvard Business School.
