H.E. Eng. Abdullah Alswaha, Minister of Communications and Information Technology, met in the United States with Mr. Chris Urmson, Founder and CEO of Aurora Innovation, a global leader in advanced autonomous driving technologies used in trucks and commercial vehicles.

The meeting comes as part of efforts to strengthen global partnerships in smart mobility and the development of autonomous driving solutions, supporting the adoption of modern technologies and the building of an advanced transport ecosystem that enhances the Kingdom’s leadership in innovation and artificial intelligence.
