Minister of Communications and Information Technology Abdullah Alswaha concluded the fourth day of his visit to Silicon Valley with a series of high-level meetings with global technology executives and venture capitalists, aimed at expanding strategic partnerships in artificial intelligence infrastructure, semiconductors, advanced computing, and local manufacturing.
 Alswaha met with NVIDIA Founder and CEO Jensen Huang to discuss scaling AI factories developed by HUMAIN in partnership with the firm, adopting next-generation platforms to accelerate AI model deployment, and expanding national infrastructure capabilities.
 In talks with Intel CEO Lip-Bu Tan, the minister explored expanding semiconductor and advanced computing collaborations, localizing solutions, activating Intel Foundry operations in the Kingdom, and integrating Intel technologies into HUMAIN's computational ecosystem.
 Discussions with Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) President and CEO Antonio Neri focused on accelerating local AI hardware manufacturing and integrating HPE's AI factory frameworks with HUMAIN's computing infrastructure.
 To drive tech financing and startup growth, Alswaha met with Kleiner Perkins Managing Partner and General Partner Mamoon Hamid. Discussions centered on expanding investments into Saudi AI and deep-tech enterprises, attracting portfolio companies to establish Saudi operations, and linking domestic startups to international venture capital networks.
 These engagements support Saudi Arabia's strategic drive to embed itself in global AI and semiconductor value chains, localize deep tech, attract foreign direct investment, and enhance the digital economy's global competitiveness.

 Minister of Communications and Information Technology Abdullah Alswaha affirmed that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia continues to build an integrated ecosystem designed to attract global artificial intelligence enterprises and accelerate their worldwide expansion by providing advanced computing capabilities, strategic capital, and direct market access.
 Delivering a keynote address at the Frontier Leaders Forum 2026 in Silicon Valley, held under the theme "AI Forward: A Global Frontier," Alswaha pointed to the Kingdom's early backing of Groq as an operating model, underscoring plans to replicate that success with other international firms.
 Alswaha announced that the Kingdom is partnering with the private sector to develop over 14 gigawatts of computing capacity to support advanced AI enterprises, lower operational costs, and maximize infrastructure efficiency. He highlighted national initiatives spanning generative, agentic, and physical AI, from healthcare tools and public-sector virtual assistants to autonomous logistics systems.
 On the sidelines of the forum, Alswaha held high-level discussions to expand strategic investments and integrate advanced models with the computing infrastructure spearheaded by HUMAIN. In the investment track, he met with General Catalyst CEO Hemant Taneja to discuss expanding the firm's AI investments in Saudi Arabia and enabling its portfolio companies to scale applied AI solutions via HUMAIN.
 Regarding model development and continuous learning, Alswaha held talks with Arcee AI Founder and CEO Mark McQuade on scaling the Trinity open and enterprise models on national infrastructure, and with Engramme Co-founder and CEO Gabriel Kreiman on advancing contextual learning and continuous memory applications.
 Addressing infrastructure and hardware integration, Alswaha met with Supermicro Founder and CEO Charles Liang to accelerate AI factory rollouts using liquid-cooled, high-density server architecture. He also engaged with Upscale AI CEO Barun Kar on high-performance networking interconnects, and with Velaura AI Co-founder and CEO Rajiv Khemani on integrating energy-efficient computing technologies into data centers.
 These engagements advance the Kingdom's digital economy objectives, reinforcing its position as an international hub for tech innovation, computing power, and applied artificial intelligence.

 Alswaha met with OpenAI CEO Sam Altman and senior company executives to discuss expanding cooperation in advanced AI models, leveraging the computing capabilities and infrastructure being developed by HUMAIN to support the large-scale deployment of AI models, and accelerating the development of advanced national applications in priority sectors.
 In the field of AI infrastructure, Alswaha met with Dell Technologies Chairman and CEO Michael Dell to discuss accelerating enterprise adoption of AI solutions, integrating Dell AI Factory solutions with HUMAIN’s computing capabilities to support the deployment of enterprise AI at scale, and advancing knowledge transfer and national capability development to support the transformation of key sectors in the Kingdom.
 He also met with Cognition AI Co-Founder and CEO Scott Wu and senior company executives to discuss expanding the use of autonomous software engineering solutions, improving developer productivity, enabling the deployment of Devin and software agents through HUMAIN’s computing capabilities, and accelerating national capabilities in building and operating AI applications.
 Alswaha also met with Solidigm Senior Vice President and Head of Global Operations Kyle Fukuda to discuss using advanced storage solutions in the computing infrastructure and data centers being developed by HUMAIN, improving data access efficiency and computing resource utilization, and supporting the expansion of AI applications in the Kingdom.
 In the investment sector, Alswaha met with Social Capital Founder and CEO Chamath Palihapitiya to discuss attracting the firm’s investments into the infrastructure and computing capabilities being developed by the Kingdom, expanding investment in advanced technologies, and connecting global capital with high-value opportunities in Saudi Arabia.
 These meetings are part of Saudi Arabia’s efforts to build an integrated AI ecosystem encompassing advanced models, computing capabilities, data centers, infrastructure, applications, robotics, and investment, further strengthening the competitiveness of the Kingdom’s digital economy and reinforcing its position as a global hub for technology, innovation, and AI.
