H.E. Eng. Abdullah Alswaha, Minister of Communications and Information Technology, held a meeting with Mr. Mark Zuckerberg, Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Meta, in the United States, attended by a number of senior executives, as part of the Kingdom’s efforts to enhance strategic partnerships in the fields of artificial intelligence and innovative digital solutions.

The two parties discussed partnership opportunities in artificial intelligence, large language models (LLMs), the metaverse, and generative AI, in addition to initiatives that support innovators and developers. The discussions aim to strengthen national capabilities and further solidify the Kingdom’s global leadership in future technologies.
